Named SME of the Year.
This recognition honours our ongoing commitment to reducing stress and increasing impact for values-led businesses.
365 Awards · 2026
Founder-led
Every engagement is shaped and led by Jemima House, who designs the system and holds the quarterly checkpoints personally.
Diagnostic first
We map signal, structure and strain before anything is installed, so the work fits your company rather than forcing a template.
B-Corp aligned
Built for values-led companies that may already carry certification and need the operating method underneath it.
"Your work is incredible. This is by far one of the best things I have invested in."
The pyramid was never designed for care, collaboration, or sustainable growth. This is the structure that replaces it.
How It WorksEase is the organising principle. Architect gives the company its vision. Steward grounds it in self. Anchor holds the community around it.
Inside the circle is what a company can shape. Outside of the edge sits the wider weather, market forces, sector dynamics, the behaviour of other companies. A single coherent company influences this edge. A field of coherent companies is what eventually shifts the weather itself.
Note: the diagram is a structural map, not a sequence. The numbered stages below trace the learning sequence each contributor walks. Steward first, then Anchor, then Architect.
01 · Premise
You did not build a values-led business to run it on what it can extract from people.
Pyramid leadership based on extraction is not sustainable. Hierarchy distorts signal, slows people, and restricts what the company can become. A circular model replaces it.
Leadership for a new age. The pyramid is a patriarchal inheritance, built on control and extraction. Coherent Leadership is circular, relational and grounded in feminine leadership principles.
Ease is not the reward for profit. It is where profit comes from.
02 · The system
You would not buy a new laptop and install an operating system from 2009. It would run slowly, and you would spend all your time patching it. That is what running an ethical company through a pyramid model looks like. Wellness apps, HR interventions, unnecessary meetings - all patching a system that was never built for people, care, or collaboration.
03 · The alternative
A circular system. Where people are treated as contributors, not resources. Where business is sustainable, not extractive. Where collaboration is the default. Where profit is a natural outcome, not a moral cost.
04 · Principles
Three segments form
the Coherent Leadership system.
Architect
Impact
Holds the founding intention, articulates it, and designs the structure around it. When behaviour frays, you fix the system, not the person.
Steward
Self
People are understood as contributors, autonomous, in service to the vision. Authority is matched to domains of care and good work flows without constant management.
Anchor
Community
Relationships and agency are valued. People create healthy community in service to the vision and each other. Ease becomes the organizing principle. The company stays tethered to what it is for and sustainability follows.
05 · Founder
The system has a source.
Jemima House
Founder of Coherent Leadership. She has founded and co-founded six businesses. Coherent Leadership is her seventh. Jemima designs the system, leads the diagnostic phase of every engagement, and holds the quarterly checkpoints with each founder she works with.
She has spent almost thirty years in mind-body medicine and entrepreneurship, work that continues to shape how she reads signal in people and systems.
